February 17, 2014: Gal Gadot Flexes Wonder Woman Muscles

Actress Gal Gadot, who will star as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince in the 2016 follow-up to "Man of Steel", has been busy training at the gym to build up her body mass for the iconic role.

Gadot's exercise routine consists of a combination of Kung Fu, kickboxing, swords, jiujutsu, and Brazilian training.

The Israeli born actress and fashion model has now taken to her Facebook account to share the following post-workout image with the caption: "There's nothing like a good workout in the morning. Love it! You?"

Alognside Gadot as Wonder Woman, the yet-to-be-officially-titled film will star Henry Cavill, reprising his role as Superman/Clark Kent, Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, and Diane Lane as Martha 'Ma' Kent.

The new film is currently being written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, David S. Goyer and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.

The film is set to open worldwide on May 6, 2016, and is based on Superman characters created by Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster, Batman characters created by Bob Kane, and Wonder Woman created by William Moulton Marston, appearing in comic books published by DC Entertainment.
