A new batch of exclusive variant covers for "Action Comics #1000" has been revealed including one featuring artwork by Olivier Copiel which is exclusive to Midtown Comics.
Other new variant covers include an edition exclusive to Frankie's Comics with artwork by Francesco Mattina and an edition featuring artwork by Felipe Massafera exclusive to Seven Ate Nine Comics.
With "Action Comics" speeding toward its landmark 1,000th issue on Superman’s 80th anniversary (April 18), not only will we see a series of variant covers capturing the look and feel of the Man of Steel throughout different eras of his 80-year run, but certain comic book stores will also have their own exclusive variant covers available in limited numbers.
