CW Reveals New "Supergirl" Poster for Mid-Season Return

The CW has revealed an all-new "Supergirl" poster promoting the mid-season return of the hit TV series which returns with new episodes on Monday, April 16th on 8:00PM.
The poster features actress Melissa Benoist as Supergirl standing front and center against a backdrop of clouds and fire along with the tagline "Miss me?".
The series will pick up following the death of Winn Schott's father, Winslow Schott Senior (aka The Toyman) and feature the debut appearance of his estranged mother as portrayed by actress Laurie Metcalf.

OSCAR-NOMINATED ACTRESS LAURIE METCALF GUEST STARS – When Winn’s (Jeremy Jordan) father dies, his estranged mother, Mary (guest star Laurie Metcalf), reappears trying to reconnect and to explain why she abandoned him all those years ago. Winn is too embittered from his rough childhood to forgive her but when a copycat Toyman attacks, the two must work together to stop him.Mon-El (Chris Wood) tells Kara (Melissa Benoist) something important about the Worldkillers, and Alex (Chyler Leigh) becomes suspicious of Myr’nn’s (guest star Carl Lumbly) recent behavior.
