The Superman Celebration Committee has announced that actor Alessandro Juliani has been added to this years line-up of celebrity guests attending the 35th annual festival in Metropolis, IL.

Juliani is best known for his recurring roles as Dr. Emil Hamilton on the hit CW tv series, "Smallville" and as Lieutenant Felix Gaeta for four seasons on the critically acclaimed phenomenon, "Battlestar Galactica". He is also set to star this summer in the supporting role of Sergeant Sedowsky in director Zack Snyder's highly anticipated reboot of the Superman film franchise, "Man of Steel".

Other guests attending this year's celebration include Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor - Smallville), Margot Kidder (Lois Lane - Superman: The Movie, II, III, & IV), Tracy Scoggins (Catherine 'Cat' Grant - Lois & Clark), Laurie Mitchell Roberts (Guest role - The Adventures of Superman) and Gregory Moffett (Guest role - The Adventures of Superman).
