September 20, 2013: First Look at Green Lantern in "Justice League: War"

Warner Bros. PR representative, Gary Miereanu (https://twitter.com/SuperPRGuy) has posted the following first look at the character of Green Lantern/ Hal Jordan (voiced by Justin Kirk) from "Justice League: War"; the upcoming 18th release from Warner Home Video's popular series of DC Universe Animated Original Movies.
"Justice League: War" involves the world under attack by an alien species led by Darkseid which results in Batman and Green Lantern gathering a group of superheroes together for the first time to form the Justice League.
In addition to Astin, "Justice League: War" features the voice talents of Alan Tudyk as Superman, Jason O'Mara as Batman, Michelle Monaghan as Wonder Woman, Sean Astin as Shazam, Christopher Gorham as The Flash, Shemar Moore as Cyborg, and Steve Blum as Darkseid. The Sam Register and James Tucker-produced DCU Animated Original Movie also features music by Kevin Kliesch.
Based on "Justice League: Origin" by Geoff Johns, Jim Lee and Scott Williams, "Justice League: War" is directed by Jay Oliva based on a screenplay by Heath Corson and is set to arrive on Blu-ray & DVD in early 2014.
