In celebration of Warner Bros' 90th anniversary, the studio announced plans on Wednesday to release a series of DVD and Bluray box sets entitled "The Best of Warner Bros." as part of a yearlong event which will spotlight the company's moviemaking past.

Superman fans will be delighted to learn that one of the collections, entitled "The Best of Warner Bros. Superman TV Collection", will showcase nine live-action and animated TV shows dedicated to the Man of Steel.

Among the shows featured in the collection, which is set to hit store shelves in May, 2013, will be "The Adventures of Superman", "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman", and "Superman - The Animated Series." The collection will retail for $100.00 (USD).

Other collections which will premiere during the yearlong celebration include "The Best Of Warner Bros. Animation Collections", "The Clint Eastwood Collection", and "The Best of Warner Bros. 100 Film DVD Collection" which will include all 22 Warner Bros' Academy Award Best Picture winners from "Cimarron" (1931) to "The Departed" (2006). The 55-disc collection will also include two documentaries; "Tales From The Warner Bros. Lot" and "The Warner Bros. Lot Tour."
