Chillingo and Tiger Games will be releasing a new Superman game this November for the iPhone and iPad and IGN have gotten a sneak peak at what players have to look forward to.

According to IGN, the game will have 18 levels in which players have the opportunity to use several of Superman's classic powers including Super-Strength, Heat Vision, and of course, Flight.

Like many modern iOS titles, players will be able to earn bronze, silver, or gold medals in each of the game's levels according to how efficiently they cleared the stage.

Story details remain scarce for now but the game does offer a more classic take on Superman as opposed to being based on DC Comic's current "New 52" vision for the Man of Steel. Superman's longtime adversary, Lex Luthor will also be featured as the game's primary villain.
