November 16, 2015: "Supergirl" Episode Replaced Due to Paris Attack

Due to the recent terrorist attacks on the city of Paris, France, CBS has decided to replace tonight's originally scheduled episode of "Supergirl" with the episode that was to air next week.

Initially, the episode entitled "How Does She Do It?" was set to air tonight with a plot centered around a series of bombings taking place throughout the series fictional setting of National City.

However, out of respect to those who have been effected by the Paris attacks, the network will instead air the episode entitled "Livewire" which involves an accident transforming a volatile CatCo employee into the villainous title character.

Actress Helen Slater ("Supergirl: The Movie") will also featured in the role of Kara's foster mother, Dr. Danvers who disapproves of her new role as a superhero.

"Livewire" airs on the CBS Network tonight at 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT.
