December 2, 2013: Henry Cavill Named Sexiest Man Alive

Henry Cavill's lead role as Superman/Clark Kent in "Man of Steel" certainly propelled the actor to A-Lister status. Now, Cavill's performance has also resulted in him being named the Sexiest Man Alive in a recent poll conducted by Glamour Magazine.
Cavill took over the number one spot from fellow British actor, Robert Pattinson, who slipped to second place after previously winning first place for the past four years.
Other actors making it into the top ten are Liam Hemsworth (3rd), Tom Hiddleton (4th), Benedict Cumberbatch (5th), Harry Styles (6th), Chris Hemsworth (7th), Idris Elba (8th), Jamie Campbell Bower (9th), and Justin Bieber (10th).
Cavill recently completed filming on the big-screen adaptation of the classic tv series, "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." and will soon slip back into the Superman costume to begin work on the 2015 follow-up to "Man of Steel".
