December 12, 2016: DC Comics Superheroes Store Opens in Borneo

A new 1,500 square-foot DC Comics Superheroes store has officially opened at the Spring Shopping Mall in Sarawak, a Malaysian state on the island of Borneo.
The store carries a wide range of DC Comics themed apparel, accessories, gifts and novelties featuring such iconic characters as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and other Justice League members such as The Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg and Green Lantern, as well as fan-favorite supervillains such as The Joker and Harley Quinn.
The DC Comics Superheroes flagship store opened in 20111 at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. There are now a total of five stores in Kuala Lumpur, one store in Malacca, one in Johor, and a new store that was recently opened in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The retail chain is operated by JT Network Sdn Bhd in partnership with Warner Bros Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment.
