Iron Studios have announced the upcoming release of their "Superman: The Movie" Deluxe Art Scale Statue which will retail for $119.99.
The statue is based on an iconic scene from the sequel to the 1978 blockbuster film - "Superman: II" - in which the Man of Steel, as portrayed by actor Christopher Reeve, asks General Zod if he would care to step outside.
In the scene, Superman stands on a flag pole outside the Daily Planet office building while confronting the Kryptonian criminals Zod, Ursa, and Non who have sought out the Man of Steel with the aid of Lex Luthor. The Iron Studios statue recreates the scene perfectly with Superman standing on the flag pole complete with United States flag.
The limited edition polystone statue is hand painted, includes the base with flag & pole, measures 13.7 inches tall, and is scheduled to to release in the second quarter of 2019 with an estimated delivery date of May, 2019 - September, 2019.
The "Superman: The Movie" Deluxe Art Scale Statue is currently available for pre-order direct from Iron Studios for only a 10% down payment of $11.99.
