Amy Adams 'Very Excited' About Henry Cavill's Superman Return

At the Hollywood premiere of "Disenchanted", actress Amy Adams expressed her excitement on Henry Cavill's return to the role of Superman.
"Isn't it exciting?" said Adams while speaking with Variety on the red carpet. "I'm thrilled for [Cavill]. He's such a wonderful Superman so I'm very excited for him."
Adams previously starred in the role of Daily Planet intrepid reporter, Lois Lane alongside Cavill in "Man of Steel," "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," and "Justice League. However, the actress revealed that she doesn't know if she will be returning to the role.
"They haven't spoken to me about it," she said. "If it's me, great. If it's somebody else, the role of Lois has been filled by so many wonderful actresses in the past so I'll support whatever direction they go."
Cavill recently announced his return to the Man of Steel role following his cameo as the iconic superhero in a mid-credits scene in the "Black Adam" movie opposite Dwayne Johnson.
