Actor Chad L. Coleman will join the cast of "Superman & Lois" as the primary villain of Season 3.
The news was first reported by The Direct who was in attendance at the "Arrow Guests: Saving Star City" panel at DragonCon where actor David Ramsey confirmed Coleman has been cast as the lead villain.
Although not yet confirmed as to what role Coleman will be playing, it is heavily specualted that he will star as Intergang leader Bruno "Ugly" Mannheim who was namedropped in the "Superman & Lois" Season 2 finale.
Created by Jack Kirby and first introduced in Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #139 (July 1971), Mannheim is one of the most powerful gangsters in Metropolis and a psychopath, who worships the idea of crime itself and is a devoted follower of "The Crime Bible".
Coleman previously portrayed the villainous role of Tobias Church on the fifth season of "Arrow" and is well known for his roles on such television series as "The Wire", "The Walking Dead", and "The Orville".
