Chef Duff Goldman Surprises James Gunn with a Custom Superman Cake

Former "Ace of Cakes" star and celebrity chef, Duff Goldman recently surprised director James Gunn with a custom made Superman cake celebrating the upcoming release of the highly anticipated film.
Presented at the recent DC Studios event with co-CEO's Gunn & Peter Safran and actor David Corenswet, the cake featured a recreation of Superman's Fortress of Solitude along with Krypto the Superdog tugging on a replica of the Man of Steel's iconic cape complete with the re-designed "S" shield from the film.
"Superman" is currently scheduled to premiere in theaters on July 11th, 2025 and stars Corenswet as Superman/Clark Kent, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Wendell Pierce as Perry White, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Terence Rosemore as Otis, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant, Beck Bennett as Steve Lombard, Christopher McDonald as Ron Troupe, Neva Howell as Martha Kent, and Pruitt Taylor Vince as Jonathan Kent.
