Christopher Reeve's Son Will Reeve to Cameo in "Superman"

Will Reeve, son of the late Christopher Reeve, was recently spotted on the set of director James Gunn's "Superman" which is currently filming in Cleveland, OH.

Deadline reports that the younger Reeve will reportedly cameo in the role of a TV reporter in the film which is fitting considering Reeve's real-world work as an ABC News correspondent.

Reeve's father, Christopher is of course best known for his title role in "Superman The Movie" and it's three sequels as well as his advocacy for disability rights following near-fatal horse-riding accident in 1995 which left him paralyzed from the neck down.

Will currently serves as a board member of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation which was founded by his late parents. The organization advocates for legislation and research in the study of spinal cord injuries and helps to improve the quality of life for those impacted.

"Superman" tells the story of Superman's journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.

"Superman" is currently scheduled to premiere in theaters on July 11th, 2025.
