The historic Leader Building in downtown Cleveland, OH will serve as the headquarters of the Daily Planet in director James Gunn's 2025 "Superman" movie.
Recent photos from the film set reveal crews transforming the facade of the building into the iconic newspaper offices complete with a Daily Planet sign over the entryway and banners outside the upper floors.
"Superman" (formerly "Superman: Legacy") tells the story of Superman's journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.
