Families across southwest Michigan are invited to join forces with iconic DC Super Heroes such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman as they explore DC Super Heroes: Discover Your Superpowers, an interactive exhibition that will be open throughout the summer at the Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum in Kalamazoo, MI.

Guests are encouraged to grab their capes and go on an adventure as "reserve Super Heroes-in-training." Visitors of all ages will develop new skills and learn the importance of teamwork at the Hall of Justice as they work together to solve problems and catch Super-Villains in a series of exciting challenges. Brave recruits will be called on by members of the Justice League to make the world a safer place by solving problems and battling these villains in the fictional, crime-infested city.

Teamwork is key. Like the real world - it takes all kinds to make this super-human world successful, so challenge yourself mentally and physically to gain new skills and learn more about yourself, and your inner super hero. Can you work together like The Flash, Green Lantern, Cyborg and Aquaman do? We bet you can! Now, let's use our differences for a greater good.

"The characters of the DC Universe are iconic symbols of teamwork, self-discovery, strength and justice that inspire children and families to be more than we are, and do more than we thought we could," said Jennifer Pace Robinson, president and CEO of the museum that produced the exhibit, The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. "When we combine our strengths as a team we accomplish more and can overcome our obstacles together."

Other immersive activities include navigating through photoelectric beams in a jewelry store, and helping Batman fight off the Joker, who has sabotaged the Bat-Signal in Gotham City. You can also work with Wonder Woman to rescue artifacts that the Cheetah stole from the Museum of Ancient History. Make sure to take the quiz, and find out which DC Super Hero your family members most resemble and make sure to join the Air Zoo's Super Hero gallery on Facebook!

DC stories and characters have inspired generations of kids and grownups to be more like Super Heroes in real life. What kind of Super Hero will you be?

This exhibit was produced by The Children's Museum of Indianapolis in partnership with Warner Bros.
