"DC Super-Heroes and Super-Villains Collection" Coming to DVD this August

Four Legendary Heroes; Four Infamous Villains - All in one Collection.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the upcoming August 11th release of "DC Super-Heroes and Super-Villains Collection" on DVD which contains over 15 hours of animation featuring Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Flash, Joker, Penguin, Two-Face, and Poison Ivy.

DC Super-Heroes:

Wonder Woman: Wonder Woman is Princess Diana of the immortal Amazons from Greek mythology. She has the full package of bravery, brains and brawn.

Superman: The most recognized super-hero in pop culture, Superman has super-everything. Strength, speed, flight, invulnerability, as well as his renowned X-ray and heat vision.

Batman: Dark Knight. Caped Crusader. Whatever you know him as, wherever you know him as, wherever you know him from, Batman is proof you don't need superpowers to be a superhero.

The Flash: Indy Cars, bullet trains, supersonic aircraft... The Flash leaves them all in the dust. Able to run at near light speed, his powers provide the ultimate caffeine kick.

DC Super-Villains:

Poison Ivy: In nature, beauty can be a weapon. So it's fitting that Poison Ivy, Gotham's beautiful-but-deadly eco-warrior, would use it as hers.

The Joker: Don't make us laugh. The green hair. The crazed smile. The maniacal cackle. You know exactly who he is and how far he'd go to put a smile on your face.

The Penguin: Oswald Cobblepot. Not exactly a name designed to shake the pillars of Gotham's dark criminal underworld. Maybe it's his other name that strikes fear into the hearts of citizens both good and bad: The Penguin.

Two-Face: Gotham is a place where greed and corruption stretches from the depths of Crime Alley to the shimmering heights of the mayor's office. This is a fact that Harvey Dent, Gotham's District Attorney, knows all too well when Two-Face rose from the darkness.

"DC Super-Heroes and Super-Villains Collection" is scheduled to release on DVD on Tuesday, August 11th and will retail for $19.98 (USD).
