Eaglemoss Mega Superman Statue Review

Eaglemoss Collections recently provided the Superman Super Site with a review sample of their all-new Mega Superman Statue which measures in at an astounding 13.5 inches tall.

The handcrafted statue comes in an impressive full-color box and features the Man of Steel in an iconic pose with fists on hips while donning his classic red, yellow, and blue costume complete with red trunks and flowing cape.

Made of metallic resin, each Mega Superman statue in the limited edition production run is hand painted which makes each one unique as no two statues feature the exact same paint job.

Although the statue is not based on any live action performances featuring the Man of Steel on television or film, there are certain elements of both Christopher Reeve ("Superman: The Movie") and Henry Cavill ("Henry Cavill") present in the overall design of the statue which also has strong similarities to the 15-foot-tall Superman statue in Metropolis, IL.

The statue has a good, solid weight to it as well and comes with a strong base featuring the current DC Comics logo which all together will help prevent the statue from tipping over or falling from any collectors display shelf.

There have been a few posts from others who received the Mega Superman statue with a cracked cape due to the way it is packaged in the box. However, Eaglemoss appears to have already addressed this issue as ours arrived with extra bubble wrap packed around the cape to prevent this from happening.
