Faygo Beverages, the beloved Michigan-based soft drink maker, is back with another exciting, Michigan-inspired flavor; Super Pop. Inspired by the iconic Superman ice cream, this electric blue beverage promises to capture the essence of summer fun and nostalgic childhood memories. Super Pop will be available in 20 and 24-ounce bottles at most Meijer locations soon, with additional store shelves stocking the drink early next month.
The bold new flavor, with its vibrant fruity taste, is designed to transport fans back to carefree summer days. "The electric blue Super Pop pays tribute to the beloved Michigan-born ice cream flavor that dates back to the 1920s," Faygo said in a news release. "With a vibrant, fruity taste, it transports fans straight back to carefree summer days and childhood memories."
Faygo, known for its unique and adventurous flavors like Rock & Rye and Redpop, has been innovating and releasing new drinks that excite and inspire its loyal following. Super Pop joins the company's growing list of exciting new offerings, including Bomb Pop-inspired Firework, Cotton Candy, and Jolly Green Apple.
"Consumers would be surprised by the amount of work that is involved in bringing a new Faygo pop flavor to life," stated Dan Trpevski, the executive vice president of Faygo Beverages. "From inception to endless testing, to hitting store shelves - it takes a lot of tasting and teamwork. These new flavors have been a passion project for our team."
Super Pop's electric blue hue and vibrant fruity flavor are expected to become a fan favorite, adding another exciting chapter to Faygo's legacy of iconic Michigan flavors.
