Entertainment Weekly has posted an exclusive first look at the upcoming DC Universe Animated Original Movie, "Superman: Man of Tomorrow" which will chronicle Clark Kent's early years as Superman while also working as an intern at the Daily Planet.
Actor Darren Criss ("Glee", "Hollywood") will star in the lead role of Superman alongside actor Zachary Quinto ("Heroes", "Star Trek") as the Man of Steel's arch-nemesis, Lex Luthor and actress Alexandra Daddario ("San Andreas") as Lois Lane.
Featured in the respective voice roles of interstellar bounty hunter Lobo and the deadly DC Comics villain Parasite/Rudy Jones will be actors Brett Dalton ("Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.") and Ryan Hurst ("The Walking Dead").
Rounding out the remaining voice cast will be Ike Amadi ("Mass Effect 3") as Martian Manhunter/J'onn J'onzz, Neil Flynn ("Scrubs") as Jonathan "Pa" Kent, and Bellamy Young ("Scandal") as Martha "Ma" Kent.
Serving as director is Chris Palmer ("Voltron: Legendary Defender") from a script by Tim Sheridan ("The Death of Superman"), with Butch Lukic ("Justice League", "Batman Beyond") serving as supervising producer.
"Superman: Man of Tomorrow" is scheduled to release this summer on digital, 4K Ultra combo pack, and Blu-ray combo pack.
