Director Zack Snyder officially debuted the trailer for his cut of "Justice League" during the panel for film at "DC FanDome: Hall of Heroes", part one of DC Comics' virtual entertainment and comic book convention which will be followed in three weeks on Saturday, September 12th by part two; "DC FanDome: Explore the Multiverse".
The trailer is set to "Hallelujah" by the late singer/songwriter Leonard Cohen and features all-new footage of the iconic villain Darkseid as well as the members of the Justice League including a heavy focus on Cyborg. Snyder also confirmed his cut of the film will be released in four parts on HBO Max with each installment clocking in at one hour. There are also plans in the works to release the Snyder Cut in countries where HBO Max is not available.
"I want to thank HBO Max and Warner Brothers for this brave gesture of supporting artists and allowing their true visions to be realized," stated Snyder earlier this year in regard to the release of the Snyder Cut. "Also a special thank you to all of those involved in the SnyderCut movement for making this a reality."
