Actress Melissa Benoist has announced her engagement to "Supergirl" co-star Chris Wood who joined the cast in 2016 as Mon-El.

Benoist shared the following image of her diamond engagement ring on Instagram alongside Wood kissing her on the cheek as a fire crackles in the background:
