Rachel Brosnahan Dishes on New "Superman: Legacy" Costume

At the recent 2024 SAG Awards, actress Rachel Brosnahan talked about her upcoming role as Lois Lane in "Superman: Legacy" and revealed that she has seen the new Superman costume that will be featured in the film.
"I saw the suit - it looks amazing," stated Brosnahan while speaking with People Magazine on the red carpet. "I can't wait to everyone to see it."
In a separate red carpet interview with Deadline, Brosahan also talked about preparing for her role as Lois Lane stating, "“I'm talking to some journalists, I'm reading a lot of comics - so many I hadn't read before. It's been really fun to dig into this universe."
The entire "Superman: Legacy" cast sat down for their first table read of the film this past week in Atlanta where filming has been confirmed by director James Gunn to begin March 18th, 2024.
"Superman: Legacy" tells the story of Superman's journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.
The film stars David Corenswet as Clark Kent/Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, María Gabriela De Faría as The Engineer, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, and model Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher.
"Superman: Legacy" is currently scheduled to premiere in theaters on July 11th, 2025.
