Thanks to DCU Updates we have new photos which have emerged from the Cleveland, OH set of director James Gunn's "Superman" (formerly "Superman: Legacy") featuring actor David Corenswet in costume as the Man of Steel.
Although a bit blurry, the images - featured below - are taken from cover page articles from both the Metropolis Eagle and Daily Planet which feature respective images of Corenswet as Superman striking an iconic pose and stopping a Metropolis Transit Authority (MTA) train from running off the tracks.
In addition to Corenswet as Superman/Clark Kent, the film stars Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Terence Rosemore as Otis, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, María Gabriela De Faría as The Engineer, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Beck Bennett as Steve Lombard, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Pruitt Taylor Vince as Jonathan Kent, Neva Howell as Martha Kent, Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant, and Christopher McDonald as Ron Troupe.
"Superman" is currently scheduled to premiere in theaters on July 11th, 2025.
